What Will The Diesel Driver’s Next Long-Term Test Car Be?
The Diesel Driver’s current two long-term test cars are the Volkswagen Jetta TDI and the Mercedes-Benz E350 BlueTec. The BMW 335d left the fleet earlier this year.
In June, The Diesel Driver will add a third long-term car to the diesel-powered test fleet. The new car will be from one of the four automakers, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen, that currently offer a total of 13 diesel-powered cars and SUVs for sale in the U.S.
The vehicle we’ll be getting is one that we’ve reported on in the past year and it is a currently available model. In keeping with tradition, it will also be a factory delivery. We’ll reveal the car after we take delivery but first, we invite you to guess which manufacturer it will be from.
This time you can vote for a particular vehicle – and we’re not including the three aforementioned cars that are or recently were in our fleet.
(Note to the reader: The actual car under the tarp is not the vehicle in question.)
