Porsche Reports Record Sales in November

DSC_0278Porsche Cars North America announced financial results for November 2014.

The company’s total sales in September were up 18.5%, having sold 4,699 vehicles as compared to 3,966 from the previous September.  The sales set a new record for the highest monthly sales volume in the company’s history.

The company’s Boxster and Cayman models saw an increase in sales, with sales of 656 units as compared to 580 units sold in the same month last year. The Cayenne saw an increase in sales as well, having sold 1,619 units as compared to 1,546 from November 2013. The Panamera saw in increase in sales as well, having sold 492 units as compared to 472 from the previous November.

On the other hand, sales of the company’s 911 and 918 models decreased year-over-year. The 911 and 918 models decreased to 945 units sold from 1,023 units from November 2013.

Once again, the company’s new Macan SUV model continued to sell well, with 987 vehicles sold this month.

Porsche Certified pre-owned vehicles sales were up 11% from November 2013, having sold 1,034 vehicles.
