Porsche Reports Uptick in Sales for October

DSC_0962Porsche Cars North America announced financial results for October 2014. The company’s total sales in October were up 2.9%, selling 3,667 vehicles as compared to 3,562 from October 2013.

Porsche’s 911 and 918 models saw the biggest increase in sales, selling 979 vehicles as compared to 748 from the previous October. The company’s Boxster and Cayman models also saw in increase in sales, selling 702 units as compared to 644 units sold in the same month last year. The Panamera model also saw an increase in sales, selling 533 units as compared to 501 units from October 2013.

Once again, the company’s new Macan SUV model continues to sell, as 741 vehicles were sold this October.

Porsche Certified pre-owned vehicles sales were up 19% from October 2013, selling 1,050 vehicles.
